K2 Intelligence, an investigative, compliance, and cyber defense services firm, announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Washington D.C.-based advisory firm Financial Integrity Network (FIN).
The transaction is expected to close subject to customary closing conditions.
K2 Intelligence and FIN, through their collective skills and services, will design and engineer solutions designed to help financial institutions, organizations, and jurisdictions confront and overcome a wide range of evolving business, economic, and security threats.
