Steele, a provider of integrated risk management solutions, announced the acquisition of Osprey Compliance Software.

Financial terms of the deal were not announced.

The addition of Osprey’s line of products brings conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, incident management, and (to be launched soon) policy management to Steele’s platform.
