Allianz Holdings, the holding company for international financial services provider Allianz, has appointed Margo Young as chief compliance officer. Young replaces Ann Alexander, who recently retired from the business.

Young has been promoted from her previous role as deputy chief compliance officer. Most recently, she supported the transfer of Allianz’s home and personal motor business to LV= as part of a joint venture and prepared the compliance function of Allianz for the successful integration of LV= General Insurance and the General Insurance division of Legal & General.

Young joined Allianz’s U.K. compliance team in 2003.
