Aesthetic and dermatology solutions provider Cutera announced the appointment of Stephana Patton as chief legal officer.

Patton will report to Chief Executive Taylor Harris and be responsible for leading the legal, compliance, intellectual property, and human resources functions.

With more than two decades of legal experience, she was most recently chief legal officer at InterVenn Biosciences. Prior to that, she served as general counsel, corporate secretary, and chief compliance officer at Eiger Biopharmaceuticals, where she was responsible for all legal and compliance matters.
