Financial services company Freedom Holding Corp. announced the appointment of Jason Kerr as its first chief legal officer.
Kerr was a founding member of the commercial litigation firm of Price, Parkinson & Kerr and served as general counsel of Basic Research, a food, cosmetic, and dietary supplement company.
He was also a partner in the insurance practice at the law firm of Plant, Christensen & Kanell and a commercial litigator at Lewis Roca.
