HarbourVest Partners, a global private markets investment specialist, announced the appointment of Adam Freedman as managing director and chief compliance officer.
Freedman has more than 15 years of in-house legal and compliance experience. He most recently served as CCO and associate general counsel at Angelo, Gordon & Co.
Prior to that role, he was an executive director in the legal and compliance division at Morgan Stanley.
