HCA Healthcare announced Michael McAlevey, senior vice president and chief legal officer, will be promoted to executive vice president, chief legal and administrative officer, effective April 1.
In addition to the legal department he currently oversees, he will assume responsibility for marketing and corporate affairs, government relations, development, ethics and compliance, and information protection and security.
McAlevey joined HCA Healthcare in 2022 from General Electric Co.
