JetBlue announced Jesse Lynn, general counsel of Icahn Enterprises, will join the airline’s board of directors.
Lynn has been general counsel of Icahn since 2014. Previously, he served as assistant general counsel of IEP; was an associate at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.; and worked as an associate at Gordon Altman Butowsky Weitzen Shalov & Wein.
Icahn is a major shareholder of JetBlue.
