Zero trust cybersecurity software company JumpCloud announced the appointment of Jill Passalacqua as chief legal officer.
Passalacqua will head the company’s legal team around commercial growth, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, and capital markets.
Prior to joining JumpCloud, she served as general counsel at Harness. Passalacqua also spent more than 20 years in leadership roles at Avi Networks, FireEye, and NetApp. She has developed global legal functions for companies from the ground up and has led teams through successful evolutions at various growth stages.
