Silicon Valley venture capital firm Menlo Ventures announced the appointment of Deborah Carrillo as general counsel.
As general counsel, Carrillo will advise the Menlo team on all aspects of the business, including portfolio investments, exit transactions, fundraising, fund structuring, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
Carrillo joined Menlo Ventures from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where she worked as a partner in the law firm’s San Francisco office.
