Newbridge Financial Services Group, an affiliate of Newbridge Financial, announced the promotion of Jennifer Dorfman to chief compliance officer.

In this role, Dorfman will lead Newbridge Financial Services’ compliance program and support its continued expansion. She will join the executive team and look to drive forward the company’s culture of compliance and integrity.

Dorfman had been compliance supervisor for Newbridge Financial Services and broker-dealer Newbridge Securities Corp. She will continue in that role for Newbridge Securities. Prior to joining Newbridge, she worked at Fusion Analytics, Ameriprise Financial, Merrill Lynch, and Bear Stearns.
