Nobell Foods announced the appointment of Justin Ferber as chief legal officer.

Ferber will lead the company’s legal function, encompassing corporate, compliance, and intellectual property.

With more than two decades in the life sciences, technology, and healthcare industries, Ferber brings experience scaling and managing legal and compliance functions.

Previously, he served as general counsel for Inscripta, where he built and led the legal team, including maintaining responsibility for corporate, intellectual property, strategic transactions, litigation, employment, compliance, regulatory, and public policy. He held the same title before that with Omada Health.
