Private investment firm SK Capital Partners has hired Jennifer Cattier as general counsel and chief compliance officer.
As part of her role, Cattier will lead SK Capital’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining SK Capital, Cattier served for more than five years as general counsel of Almanac Realty Investors, the private real estate investment division of Neuberger Berman. She also held senior legal and compliance positions at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank.
She began her legal career at Sullivan & Cromwell and also has experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
