FinTech firm Snap Finance announced the appointment of three new members to its senior leadership team, including Doris Hektor as chief compliance officer.

Hektor has 25 years of financial services risk management and compliance experience, recently serving as chief compliance officer at Encore Capital, where she led the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide global risk management program across all operating units. Prior to that, Hektor was with JPMorgan Chase as senior vice president and managing director of consumer and community banking compliance.

Also joining Snap Finance are Gaurav Kohli as chief technology officer and Tim King as chief financial officer.
