Aerospace giant Boeing recently appointed Uma Amuluru as vice president and chief compliance officer.
The company confirmed the appointment Thursday, though Amuluru’s executive biography on the company site reflected her new position earlier. In her new role, Amuluru is responsible for Boeing’s ethics and compliance program designed to enable business success through an organizational culture of integrity, ethical conduct, workplace and product safety, and compliance with laws and company policies.
