The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reopened its guidance portal on Wednesday. This online portal is a searchable database of guidance documents from the EPA that was created during President Donald Trump’s first administration and then shuttered under the Biden administration.

EPA’s Guidance Portal has access to thousands of documents covering the agency’s environmental programs across different topics of interest. This includes memos, policy statements, handbooks, and manuals.
