Employees are adopting AI faster than companies can build policies, governance, and training. That gap creates compliance exposure in areas from data privacy to shadow IT to workplace equity.
A recent Udacity survey of 2,000 workers found that 90 percent are already using AI in their daily work, ”underscoring just how deeply integrated these technologies have already become,” the report said. Yet here is the paradox: three out of four abandon AI tools mid-task, citing concerns about accuracy, workflow misfit, or poor quality. Nearly half of employees distrust AI-assisted work produced by colleagues.
