The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative will begin accepting tariff exclusion requests on Oct. 31 for Chinese imports subject to an additional 15 percent tariff, entitled the List 4 tariffs, that went into effect on Sept. 1.

Exclusion requests will be received through USTR’s online exclusion request processing portal. Details regarding the application process will be published in the Federal Register next week.
