As waves of tech-savvy millennials and, soon, Gen Z-ers roll into the workforce, it will only become more inevitable that firms embrace mobile, social, and collaborative technologies within their organizations. The sooner firms come to terms with this fact, the better off they’ll be.

At the moment, most companies seem to be halfway there.
