NAVEX Global announced today that it will be acquired by Vista Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on software, data and technology-enabled businesses. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
With multiple offices in the United States and the United Kingdom, NAVEX offers policy and case management software, internal reporting solutions, automated third-party risk management, online training, and advisory services to help organizations manage and remediate workplace compliance risks.
