Wearable technology company Garmin announced Josh Maxfield will assume the role of vice president, general counsel and assistant secretary, effective July 1.
Since joining Garmin in 2006, Maxfield has held roles with increasing responsibilities. He currently serves as an associate general counsel and assistant secretary.
