HDI Global Insurance (HDI) has appointed Patricia Ryan as general counsel and corporate secretary with immediate effect. She succeeds David Neumeister, who after more than a decade with HDI has decided to return to private practice.
In her new role, Ryan will serve as principal counsel, responsible for managing all legal matters for the company, including compliance, litigation, regulatory and government affairs, contracts, and legal consultation to HDI’s business operations.
