Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited announced the appointment of Paul Chow as group chief sustainability officer, effective Jan. 1.
Chow will report to HKEX Chief Executive Officer Bonnie Chan.
He will also continue in his existing role leading the group’s legal and secretarial services functions as group general counsel.
