Investment manager I Squared Capital announced the appointment of Patricia Menéndez Cambó as its new general counsel.
Cambó joins I Squared Capital from SoftBank Group, where she served as managing partner and deputy general counsel. She was also a board member and general counsel of the SoftBank Latin America Fund and SB Opportunity Fund, and a member of the board of directors and the Investment Committee of SBLA, a registered investment advisor.
Prior to that, she was the vice chair of Greenberg Traurig and a member of the Executive Committee.
