Prometheum, a financial platform for creating and publicly trading cryptosecurities and digital assets, announced the development of an SEC-compliant infrastructure on which companies can list their securitized cryptocurrency tokens.
In addition to having raised a total of $14.5 million, Prometheum has secured strategic partnerships with HashKey and Shanghai Wanxiang Blockchain Inc., an early backer of Ethereum and affiliate of HashKey.
