New Zealand-based trustee services provider Public Trust announced the appointment of David Callanan to the newly created role of chief legal and risk officer. The new position merges the current roles of GM legal and governance and chief risk officer.
Callanan has been acting chief risk officer at Public Trust since September 2019 and will assume the new permanent position, which includes oversight of the legal function, from Dec. 24 following the departure of current GM Legal and Governance Liz Style.
