Southern Utah University named Lucia Maloy as the institution’s new general counsel.
Maloy has served in a legal counsel capacity for SUU since 2020, most recently serving as associate general counsel for the office of legal affairs.
Prior to this, she practiced as a civil litigator for the Utah Attorney General’s Office.
