World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim announced the appointment of Pascale Helene Dubois as World Bank Group Vice President for Integrity, effective July 1, 2017.

The Integrity Vice Presidency (INT) is an independent unit within the World Bank Group that investigates and pursues sanctions related to allegations of fraud and corruption in World Bank Group-financed projects. INT supports the main business units of the World Bank Group and external stakeholders, mitigating fraud and corruption risks through sharing investigative findings, advice, prevention, and outreach efforts.

Dubois has played a leading role in the World Bank’s anti-fraud and corruption efforts for more than a decade, serving most recently as chief suspension and debarment officer.  She is a recognized thought-leader in the anti-corruption field who has earned international recognition for her experience in analyzing complex fraud and corruption investigations and helping ensure wrongdoers are held accountable.

Prior to her appointment as chief suspension and debarment officer in 2007, Dubois managed the Voluntary Disclosure Program (VDP) in INT.
