$43.1 billion Freddie Mac has elected six new members to its board of directors.
They include Linda Bammann, who retired in 2005 as chief risk officer at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Christopher Lynch, an independent consultant and former KPMG LLP executive. Both Bammann and Lynch will serve on the audit and compensation committees.
