Barclays CEO James Staley is claiming ignorance, saying he didn’t know it was inappropriate to attempt to unmask the identity of an anonymous corporate whistleblower and is now facing the consequences.

Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, an American rocket and missile propulsion manufacturer, has appointed Steven Adams, vice president and controller, to serve as principal accounting officer, effective as of April 3.

Louis Berger has named Adelle Elia as chief integrity officer, effective April 1. Elia’s predecessor, Tom Nicastro, is stepping down as Louis Berger’s chief compliance and ethics officer after 15 years of service with the company, seven years of which he spent leading the company’s compliance function to shape Louis Berger’s culture of integrity.

Ellen Warwick, former director for enforcement and compliance for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), has joined international law firm Buckley Sandler as a senior counsel in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
