“Risk assess yourself constantly.” Expert speakers at Compliance Week’s Women in Compliance Summit dispensed this career advice in more ways than one.

The two-day event, conducted concurrently with CW’s Third-Party Risk Management Summit in Atlanta, brought together a diverse group of women in risk and compliance roles across industries. While some panel discussions centered on explicit compliance topics like program effectiveness; training; and environmental, social, and governance efforts, others leaned into softer topics of personal development, like how to overcome imposter syndrome and better leverage a support system in the workplace.
