$7.7 billion Cablevision Systems Corporation has appointed Todd Brecher to senior vice president and associate general counsel of business affairs.

In this position, Brecher will serve as Cablevision’s lead attorney on corporate transactions and other corporate development initiatives, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments. He will report to David Ellen, Cablevision executive vice president and general counsel.
