Cadiz, a renewable resources company, has appointed Scott Slater to its board of directors. Slater currently serves as the company’s president and general counsel.
Slater joined Cadiz in 2008 as general counsel to oversee the company’s land and water resource management efforts, including development of the Water Project, (a.k.a. Cadiz Valley Water Conservation, Recovery and Storage Project.) He was named president in April 2011.
