Choice Hotels International has named Simone Wu general counsel, corporate secretary and senior vice president.
She will provide leadership as the primary legal advisory to the company’s senior management team and board of directors. She will advise on all legal matters including major domestic and international contracts and transactions, and matters relating to securities compliance, SEC filings and governance, licensing, and overseeing litigation. She will report to Stephen Joyce, president and chief executive officer.
