Fast-food chain Church’s Chicken has appointed Craig Prusher as general counsel and senior vice president. He will also serve as a member of the executive leadership team. In his new role, Prusher will be responsible for all legal matters for the brand’s global business interests including franchise law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and litigation management.
