Cummins, a power provider, has announced the creation of an Ethics and Compliance Organization with officer-level leadership and accountability, and has appointed deputy general counsel Mark Sifferlen to this role.
Sifferlen will become the company’s first vice president, ethics and compliance. He will also assume the duties of corporate secretary, where he will focus on corporate governance and compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission and New York Stock Exchange.
