$850.1 million KEMET Corporation, a maker of tantalum and multilayer ceramic capacitors, has promoted Susan Barkal to vice president of quality and chief compliance officer. Barkal will report to Robert Arguelles, SVP of Operational Excellence, Quality, and IT.
Barkal’s role will include all quality and corporate compliance-related activity worldwide. In the chief compliance officer role, Barkal will be responsible for the oversight of all matters related to business ethics, both internally and externally.
