$3.7 billion Lennox International announced the appointment of John Torres as the company’s chief legal officer.

Torres most recently served as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary for Freescale Semiconductor. He joined Motorola’s legal department as senior counsel in 1996 and was appointed vice president and general counsel of the company’s semiconductor business in 2001.
