The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, a financial group with a global network spanning over 40 countries, and a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, has hired Charles Trunz as chief risk officer, effective as of May 18. Based in New York, he will be responsible for all risk management and compliance functions for the Americas.
