Choice Hotels International has promoted Ronald Parisotto to senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Parisotto will continue to report to President and CEO Stephen Joyce.
In his new position, Parisotto is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s legal department both domestically and internationally, including corporate governance, securities, labor, litigation, franchising, and contracts. Parisotto brings to his role strong legal expertise in hospitality and franchising law, as well as leadership experience working in large law firm and in-house legal department environments.
