Prudential Financial, a financial services firm, has elected Douglas Scovanner to the company’s board of directors as an independent director, effective as of Nov. 11. He also will be a member of the board’s audit committee.
Scovanner previously was managing member of Comprehensive Financial Strategies, a firm that provides advisory services, primarily to the retail industry.
