$1.3 billion Spartech Corporation has appointed Rosemary Klein as senior vice president of general counsel, and corporate secretary. She will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Myles Odaniell.
Klein will be responsible for the management and oversight of all legal matters, the provision of legal services, corporate governance, and providing advice to members of the leadership team in their various areas of responsibility.
