Tower MSA Partners, which provides Medicare Secondary Compliance services and Medicare Set-Asides in workers’ compensation and liability, has selected Dan Anders as chief compliance officer. This is a new senior management position that oversees all aspects of regulatory compliance associated with the Medicare Secondary Payer statute and local, state, and federal laws.
