TriMas Corporation, a provider of engineered and applied products, has promoted Paul Swart to vice president and corporate controller. He will continue to report directly to CFO Mark Zeffiro.
Prior to this role, Swart was director of accounting and statutory reporting. In his new role, he will continue to be responsible for the oversight of the company’s technical accounting and compliance of accounting policies and rules, as well as consolidating company-wide financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
