$6.4 billion King of Prussia, Penn.-based UGI Corp. has named Davinder Athwal chief accounting officer and chief risk officer, effective Dec. 29, 2008. He reports to Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer Peter Kelly.
In these new positions, Athwal assumes oversight responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. He also will have responsibility for the continued development and implementation of the company’s enterprise risk management strategy. Athwal succeeds Michael Cuzzolina, who retired in June 2008.
