French multinational telecommunications company Orange announced the signing of an agreement to acquire European cyber-security firm SecureLink on a €515m (U.S. $576 million) enterprise value basis.

SecureLink, based in the Netherlands, is one of the largest independent cyber-security services providers in Europe. Its offering includes specialized security consulting, security maintenance and support with 24/7 service desks, as well as advanced managed detection and response capabilities.

SecureLink’s senior management will join Orange’s global leadership team and participate in building the operating model for the integrated combined organization.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to complete late in the second quarter or in the third quarter of 2019.
