Compliance officer salaries spiked in 2025, according to the results of Compliance Week’s seventh annual Inside the Mind (ITM) of the CCO survey.
The survey of 277 compliance professionals offered a snapshot of the compliance profession in 2025, including the responsibilities, challenges, AI use, salaries, and more. The opening ITM story detailed how, for the first time, compliance officers were more concerned about the pace of technological change than any other single issue.
