A U.S. agricultural supply company will pay more than $10 million and make significant compliance upgrades under a deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) to settle a Department of Justice (DOJ) charge of bribing Mexican border officials.
The DPA, signed by the Scoular Company, is the DOJ’s first in 2026 related to violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
