Core banking platform provider Tuum announced the appointment of Stephen Frame as its new head of compliance and risk.
Frame’s experience includes leadership roles such as managing director of a Berlin-based payments firm regulated by BaFin and Deutsche Bundesbank, as well as chief compliance officer for a UK-regulated EMI under the FCA.
