Liberty Global, a global telecommunications company, has appointed Jason Waldron as chief accounting officer. He will report to Charlie Bracken, who will assume the role of chief financial officer on Jan. 1, 2017.

Callon Petroleum, an independent energy company, has appointed Mitzi Conn to the newly created position of vice president and chief accounting officer. She will report to President and Chief Financial Officer Joseph Gatto.

Altice USA, a subsidiary of Altice N.V. and a national telecommunications, media, and entertainment company, announced two new leadership appointments, effective immediately.

Resources Global Professionals, a multinational provider of professional services and the operating subsidiary of Resources Connection, has promoted John Bower, o the newly created role of chief accounting officer.

Dominion Diamond, a diamond producing company, has appointed Trudy Curran and Tim Dabson to its board of directors, effective immediately. Curran will also chair the health, safety, and environmental committee.

FactorTrust, a credit reporting agency, has appointed Barbara Sinsley as general counsel and chief compliance officer. In this role, Sinsley will provide FactorTrust with legal and regulatory guidance and manage the company’s internal and external compliance programs and products.

AMC Networks has appointed Christian Wymbs as chief accounting officer, effective immediately. He assumes these responsibilities from Sean Sullivan, executive vice president and CFO for AMC Networks.

Ball Corporation, a supplier of sustainable packaging solutions for beverage, food and household products customers, as well as aerospace and other technologies and services primarily for the U.S. government, has elected Cynthia Niekamp, retired senior vice president from PPG Industries, and Daniel Heinrich, former executive vice president and chief financial officer from The Clorox Company, to serve as directors.

Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA), a division of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, has named Lynn Feldman as executive vice president and general counsel for its business in the United States and Canada.
